Mathilde brings international experience in the Pharmaceutical, Consumer healthcare and Skincare industries to her role as Head of Communications at Cellestia. Prior to joining Cellestia, she worked at Nestlé Skin Health in numerous consulting and project management roles first within EMEA, and later globally.
These roles required her to lead diverse and cross-functional strategic projects in new products, commercial launches, integration of new brands and businesses, Marketing, Sales, Communication and Public Affairs, all involving multi-stakeholder management on global, regional, and local levels. Before Nestlé, Mathilde worked as an Associate Project Manager at GlaxoSmithKline for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and executive diplomas from the IMD Business School and INSEAD.
